WILDT. Clothing – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

Main Cities (South Africa): 2–5 business days
Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or high order volumes.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship nationwide across South Africa.
For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at info@wildtclothing.co.za.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

5. Delivery Issues

WILDT. Clothing is not responsible for:

Delays caused by courier companies
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by customers

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the packaging and item

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Free Shipping Terms & Conditions

At WILDT, we are proud to offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Please review the following terms and conditions that apply to this offer:

1. Eligibility for Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on all orders with a total value of R1500 or more, after any applicable charges and before shipping fees are applied.

2. Exclusions on Discounts & Promotions
Free shipping does not apply to orders where:

Any discount code, promotional offer, or sale has been applied
Items are marked as part of a promotion or special campaign
Bundled deals or clearance items are included

In such cases, standard shipping rates will apply regardless of order value.

3. Order Value Calculation
The R1500 threshold must be met after all discounts have been applied. If the final order total falls below R1500 due to discounts or promotions, free shipping will not be granted.

4. Shipping Location
Free shipping is only valid for deliveries within South Africa unless otherwise stated.

5. Changes & Cancellation
WILDT reserves the right to modify or cancel the free shipping offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Abuse of Offer
We reserve the right to refuse free shipping or cancel orders where we suspect misuse or abuse of this offer.
